Hello, thankyou for visiting my website.
Being a Sikh I'm frequently asked about how I manage my hair on day to day basis. However my heart broke when a young sikh girl wanted to cut her hair because she felt she couldn't handle her hair any longer. I tried to reason with her and even went on youtube to try and look up easy styles she could do and to show her how her long hair is a blessing rather than a curse. However I failed.
Youtube doesn't have any special channels dedicated to knee length hairstyles so I took on the challenge to make one. It started out with just two basic videos on how to straighten and curl and to show other girls out there how it is possible to live with long hair.
This has recently blossomed into regularly videos every Saturday thanks to all my subscribers I really do appreciate the support you've all given me and the lovely comments on how you never want to see me get a haircut. I won't disappoint you.
My hope is that I can reach out to young Sikh girls out there who may feel burdened by their hair and teach them easier ways to manage. If I have changed your opinion or inspired you to grow out your hair then please do let me know, it makes all this worthwhile.
Thankyou,
Tinkerbell
